I grew up in Silver Spring, MD, and my family made the trip to Ocean City, MD weekly. Since then, traveling has been one of my passions. Coincidentally, some of my favorite places to visit have been by the ocean. The beaches of Rincon (Puerto Rico) and Kapong Som (Sihanoukville, Cambodia) are two of my favorites.

Working in the development department, I don't deal personally with the science part of Oceana. However, I am always amazed and proud of what we have accomplished since our conception.
